So I called him up, and his assistant was very helpful in getting everything set up for the day. Also had the inspection scheduled way earlier than expected as well. Another thing I really liked was that He gave the option to do a walk through or not, which I did choose so I could have a better, first hand idea on any issues that were found. As we went around the house he pointed out every single thing he considered to be very serious, somewhat serious, and not serious at all which made the experience that much better. It's always better to be aware of any issues and he makes sure that you know of any issues. After the walk through I was sent an in-depth e-mail including all the details of the inspection, including the serious, somewhat serious, and good things about the house. I would definitely recommend him for your inspection needs. For any future inspections I may have, he's definitely the one I will be calling. read less - 8/26/2022
